and as long as you build your ls/vtec right. i've seen people just slap the head on and call it a day. later you see them rev that motor up so high they blow it. the vtec gets to your head man... lol. be careful and build it right.

are you getting check engine light and oil light when you turn your key on? i'm having same problems. it USED to be the ground on my thermostat housing that caused that problem for me in past motors. you might want to check that.
