need help 92 civic

need help here is the problem....I replaced main relay, fuel pump and have checked all fuses and ignition system.
fuel pump doesn't rotate unless I bypass the main relay. I'm not sure what else
it can be. Do you have any ideas I may have not checked yet? I think all I have
to check now is the pressure sensor.

are you getting check engine light and oil light when you turn your key on? i'm having same problems. it USED to be the ground on my thermostat housing that caused that problem for me in past motors. you might want to check that.
