    Where is the fitv "fast idle throttle valve" located on a d16a6 im?????? it's not below the throttle body like i've seen in other pictures. I also have just one hole in the TB instead of two. I believe this hole is for the iacv "idle air control valve" there ic not another for the fitv. is...
