    fuel cut, running rich, smells too much like gas

    I just did a d16a swap on my 89 ef but I seem to be hitting fuel cut it wont go over like about 4,500 rpms also when I drive it ,it smells like gas.. it's freaking me out HELP!! I DON'T WANT TO BLOW UP!! thanks..

    would a 1.5 harness work with my 1.6 si engine? it's swapped into my 1989 EF but my narness is butchered..
