I have a 90 4d civic dx that is auto with a d15 i plan to swap out the auto tranns to a manual 4sp trans and was wondering if my auto cv shafts will fit the manual tranns. the manual tranns is out of a 89 civic hatchback that also had the d15. i removed every thing that i need to do the swap but...

i just changed the head on my 88 civic and for some reason it wont start and the gound wire is smoking when i cranck it over. i know that the engine is in time, and all the wiring is connected in there correct spots. i also put new sparkplugs in the head. any help would be nice.........
