I just put a b16a 2 in my 93 civic dx and all the mounts fit exept for the rear one.

just discovered the altrnator pulley is hitting the frame! Ihave to drop the engine back down and beat the frame back enough to clear the pulley. :angry:

swapped the engine into my civic and ran into a few things. I just went to the local parts store and got a set of axels for an acura integra gsr. the trans mission bracket wont fit so I just ordered one from hasport. I ordered a vtec conversion sub harness from hybrid garage and paid for express...

I'm in the process of the same swap right now.the one problem that i have encountered is the transmission bracket. I tried to find a used one but no luck. So I wound up ordering one fron hybrid garage. good luck I'll post any more problems I see.

I just picked up my engine for th swap. Its a b16a sir2 w/ auto trans and a p22 ecu. 1 do i need to use after market motr mounts? 2 Hasport has a sub harness for the vtech wiring what do you think? :P No crap about the auto trans this is my commuter car. I lve in PA and go to NYC...

I am switching a b16a2 sir 2nd gen into my 93 civic dx. my ecu has only 3 pins and the new one has four is there an auxillary harness that i can use?
