is this a good exhaust for my 95 civic?

hey guys i have a 95 civic coupe with a integra b18b1 in it and ever since i got it running the idling haas been inconsitant, when its warming up, the idle stays at a good 500 rpms which sounds good and normal but after about 5 minuites of it running, it starts to rev itself from 500 to 1000 rpm...

i just recently hooked up my aftermarket tach to the main dizzy, and i hooked it up with the battery and everything but i dont think its getting accurate readings (i dont think). wehn i start up the car and everything, and i rev it, the engine sounds like its redlining at about 4000 rpms? or...

i was hookin up my aplin cd player in my 1995 honda civic coupe and i wired everything together, then turned on the stereo, it worked but i noticed that i forgot to hook up the left front speaker, so i pulled it out and hooked it up (i had'nt taped all of the wires yet) then i tried to turn on...
