Hey I bought it like this.. Lol. Only thing I've done is injectors 550cc turbo and 2.5 inch exhaust. Plus ARP studs.. Got new rods pistons and bearings coming n installed digital controller for turbo with 38mm tial bov and a 25 pound spring in wastegate.. Its still getting there.. Been...
Hey look here if your not in the mood to help then please step the *fuck off my post.. You gatta be mad cause I got the money to burn and am spooling that much in my accord.. Its okay bro to be jealous..
Bought it motor taken apart.. put bottem end together with all new seals and bearings left the top end original... Blew head gasket shortly after.. tried to cut corners for a while and that backfired. So I ordered all new cometic top end mls and arp studs..
Work in progress.. bought a carbon fiber hood that someone spray painted over off local facebook group.. stock cam and crank. 9.5 pistons stock rods all new bearings.. bought used garrett turbo and upgraded spring in wastegate. Waiting on my tial bov to come in..
Wtf is so vague about it.. Stock motor no ac power steering or alternator is not mounted back up.. Point is after taking top end apart and puting it back together besides those 3 things it will not start.. I did plug in the alternator thinking it mightve had something to do with and set it on...
So after replacing my head gasket got it all put back together mostly (motor mount, alt, power steering) are not hooked up yet.. Alt is plugged in.. I push the clutch and turn the key I get nothing.. Replaced the starter thinking the solenoid was junk but that failed.. Not even attempting to...
No sir I don't.. Both are clean.. At first I thought the water pump had spun on shaft but that was not it. However I did notice rad hoses were swolen so I must be pushing compression into the coolant.. Either way after having it dang near torn apart for just hoping it was the water pump I'm just...
Guessing I have a blown head gasket. Tuned rich.. 550cc injectors.. stock pistons.. eBay turbo @20psi with map sensor vacuum bypass valve(ordering a 3 bar).. Any way. Noticed the other day at idle I started to get hot but as I wound the motor up it started to cool off back to normal.. Thought my...
Did not see any signs of aftermarket located in the ecu.. So I need to do some digging into chipping it and doing it on my own.. I'm mostly literate in computer tech so shouldn't be hard.. I'll buy an extra ecu just in case but my soldering skills are on point.. Now to the original post about...
Haven't gotten the ecu out yet.. Tomorrow is my early day at work so I'll get it out then.. I have however installed all new vac hose ordered 30 ft of it lol.. Installed digital boost controller (needs wired up) vac hoses are ran tho.. Got boost gauge water temp and oil pressure gauge hooked...
Yea it kinda is a hack job but I'll make her better.. I'll get the ecu case open later today and look.. I've been hella busy at work last 2 days but rest of my weeks easy.. FMU?
Something I found in another thread.. A civic po6 ecu from 92-95 with obd0-obd1 converter and then buy a chipset.. Start with a base of crome and go from there.. That'll solve my injector problem wouldn't it or say \/...
Timing is fine.. I have noticed however it runs better with one of my vac hoses unplugged if I do plug it it seems to run kinda sluggish and causes the check engine light to come on while full throttle.. I bought this car for next to nothing so dumping a little cash into her is OK for me.. I'll...
As far as I know its bone stock.. That's another thing I've been researching is whether or not the obd0 can be chipped and I've seen some yes n some no's or some ecu from a newer year then chip and tune.. Mind you I did say its a work car so if the stock inj will work so be it but motor is...
So I bought this car for one heck of a steal.. Already body kitted and has one of them eBay turbo kits.. No big deal to me as I plan on h22 swap down the road after this motor blows up.. For now its a work car.. I've order some vac hose and a digital controller for it since its missing the...
