00 SI engine in a 98 dx hatch

Alright, We're thinking about throwing an engine out of a 2000 Civic SI into our 96 civic DX hatchback.

Few questions.

1)What will this car run w/ just I/H/E?
2)How do I identify the engine? Like to make sure I am getting what the seller says it is.
3)How much does a swap like this normally run?
4) Does a Type-R tranny bolt up to this?
