1999 honda civic ex brake light problem

Whats up everybody!
I have a 1999 civic ex with a turbo b16a2 swap
I had the engine rebuilt (to much boost blew a piston) anyways when i got the car back the brake lights didnt work anymore. Iv checked the fuses,light filiments,and connections in the trunk. What else can i check and where is it located?

( also the turn signals and running lights are working )

You can check the brake switch. It's attatched to the brake pedal assembly under the dash. Unplug the switch and use a wire to jump the two pins. If the lights turn on it's the switch.
