what would be the best approach on starting my 2000 civic si, been siting for 2 years without starting? any suggestions????

How full is the tank?

If its less than half full, you cna probably get away with topping it off with some fresh 93 and maybe a little bit of fuel stabilizer (will eat some of the water).

if its really full, it might be a good idea to drop and drain it. it's near impossible to siphon tanks these days

You can always disconnect the fuel line from the fuel rail and turn the car on to pump out the fuel.

Thank you for the ideas, I will try the fuel rail idea, mixin the gasoline makes me a little nervous.
