2000 Honda Civic EX Stock Engine Modifications +HP

I have a 2000 EX with the d series engine. I am looking at the following:

Weapon R Secret Weapon Intake
Skunk2 Mega Power Cat-Back Exhaust System
DC Sports Ceramic Coated Headers (OR SKUNK2)
Skunk2 Pro Series Intake Manifold
Skunk2 Throttle Body

What kind of horsepower gains/acceleration gains would I get from those modifications without internal (ie piston, camshaft) modifications? Also, If i left the stock exhaust but kept all the others, what kind of horsepower/acceleration gains would I be looking at?

Maybe about 10-15% max, and without exhaust, significantly less.
