Well, techinically there ARE options with your car. You could swap heads with one of the more performance-oriented K-series heads (RSX, TSX, etc.). You can also swap auto-to-manual, you'd just need absolutely everything from the manual-transmission version of the car.
But like I said, once you add up the time and cost investment of all that stuff, it probably makes more sense to just sell the car and purchase a sportier version to start with...
