my tensioner pully bolt wont turn at all what am I doing wrong. its on the timing belt Ive never had a problem. my crankshaft pully bolt came right off so I dont really know what to do now HELP!!!!

please help Im lost
I dont get it no matter what I do it doesnt come off, does anyone know if this is a left hand threaded thing or not and how exactly does it work. The manual says two diffrent things so Im confused.
