hey so i built a high compression ls in my ed9 and i ran it 941miles then the clutch went bad so it sat for 4 months then i pulled the motor out now it runs rough and the plugs are black and not showing any fire it has compression still about 220 psi in each cylinder with no ecu codes does anyone know what is wrong

No fire as in no spark? Did you get the Ecu tuned? Try adjusting the timing at the distributor. What do you mean it jumps in gear?

anything get wet, ecu wiring? my spark plug wires got pretty bad from moisture i guess, when my car sat for awhile for the same problem it ran pretty rough and the plug wires shocked the piss out of me
