Im in the middle of building my ls/vtec and I need some advice from an experienced lsvtec builder. Will I be alright with this setup or will I wreck the motor after a few months?

    2nd gen b16a head
    90-93 b18a
    b18a rods
    b16a pistons
    honed/surfaced block
    surfaced head
    itr springs/retainers/cams
    b16a water pump
    b16a oil pump
    b16 timing belt

Also can someone make me a list of parts that are REQUIRED for this motor or am I ok with what i've listed above???
    THANKS : MARK

You should be fine with the parts listed. Personally, I would add ARP rod bolts to that, but I have seen builds like yours run well consistantly.

You will use the b18c timing belt because the B16 timing belt is about 8mm to short!

BTW: Good setup- Hope all goes well!

I would also add a Z10 crank girdle, and like above some ARP rod and head bolts.

The crank girdle is not necessary, but it cannot hurt.
