Im thinking on swapping in an engine in my 96' civic EX. Tell me what engine you would pick and why. I am trying to make a forced induction street and carb-legal dragger.
A)B18C2 {GSR} 180 HP
B)B18C2 {Type-R} 200 HP

WTF is a B18C2????

the USDM GSR has a B18C1 in it
the JDM GSR has a B18C in it

the USDM ITR has a B18C5 in it
the JDM ITR has a B18C in it

if you want to go FI then go with the GSR engine... the ITR will be a waste of money (its going to cost you more right off the jump... then its gunna cost you more to modify it to make it boost friendly)

what are your end goals???
how much power are you looking for????

carb legal leaves you with the greddy kit and about 220 whp on a gsr with it.
