a little p08 wiring help needed

i got a jdm D15B swap in my dx coupe, and i currently have a p28 ecu and my mechanic friends are telling me that its running richer than its supposed to, and i sorta beleive them, but anyways, i know that the p28 uses 4 wire o2 and the p08 uses 1 wire o2, is there a way to use a 4 wire o2 with the 1 wire o2 p08 ecu??
