What is the best way to get these ads from showing up? I thought I had blocked them before but they are showing up again. I am running firefox.

Blocking ads hurts sites you go to. If you want the site to still be there next time, look at them.

Or, you can volunteer to pay the mothly hosting costs which is probably more than your tuck.

I know where you are coming from and its not the ads on your site. I keep getting some annoying ones on sites such as realtor.com. I clicked on a groupon email and since then adsense has been giving me ads of girls in bikinis. Not that I mind that but don't want them showing up all the time.

Just clear your cookies.... it will remove any tracking based on what you've been to, and also re-boot your router to get a new IP.
