I must have had a wiring problem afterall. I got rid of the clipping problem after rewiring everything with an amplifier install kit from Walmart. $24, good deal!
Now the only problem I still have is the bad front RCA output from my HU. =( I think I am just going to use a couple y connectors, and live with the problem.
