Illegal in Meriden, you would need a permit for the fire and the fire dept needs to come and inspect you fire pit. Also you need a permit every time you want a ground fire. If a neighbor complains the fire dept comes and makes you douse the fire with water

Do what we always did in Boy Scouts, lash together a table, put a tarp down, cover the tarp with sand, and light the fire on that. No longer a ground fire.

We'll just need a HUGE table to build a fire.

Well, I just bought chicken strips for my chicken burger's yakitory, and buns, about 36 servings, cup's, plates, water, cutlery, and cheese...

still will need these items...

Ice. maybe around 5-6 bags
a cooler for the ice to put drinks in, I have one, and just bought a firepit/party tray. an extra one can't hurt.
Ketchup, Mustard,
lawn chairs for you to sit on, I have a limited amount.

I'll think up some more items...
