Thanks for the info, but the reason I asked is Chaz and I are in about the same area. The class I was reffering to is one offered at a race track in our area.
Oh ok, well if you decide to come out make sure there is nothing loose in the trunk/interior or the car. The throttle/clutch/brakes returns/doesn't stick. Make sure it's not leaking fluids. Check the wheel bearings. Make sure there's enough brake pads left. All the basics mainly.
Mainly stock. I may just come out and watch. My front rotors are a lil bit warped and its annoying as all hell, it would drive me nuts on the drive home if they got worse while I was runnin lol. When is it anyways?
I'd invite you to drive but its a private event and I'm only allowed one guest driver and I already invited someone. He's going to confirm with me tonight. You can email me with contact info and I can let you know if he can't make it though. If you'd like to stop by and watch you're more than welcome though.
Event Information:
7:30am, Gates open (Cash / Waivers / New Membership handled at the entrance)
7:30am-8:45am, Setup Course and Equipment (All drivers running in the AM session will be expected to help)
8:45am-9:30am, Prep Car / Car Tech / Course walk
9:30am-10:00am, AM Driver
Lol I already went. I was running the same times as most of the Miata guys with similar modifications. I also got to drive an older model BMW M3, that was a blast. I drove two Miatas too. One that was completely setup for autocross and one stock newer model.
By the end of the day I'd gotten at least 30 runs in. The Civic passed with flying colors.
My girlfriend took a few pictures but she wasn't able to get close enough to get any really good ones. She took some video of me making a run in the M3 and spinning it out, but it was her first time video taping so it wasn't the best video. I'll post some pictures.
