In order to use an ITR transmission in my EG I understand I have to use ITR axels, but my question is do these axels fit my hubs or do i have to do some other conversions?

Are all b-series axels the same diameter?

You dont have to use ITR axles. Any b series axle that is for a manual hydro trans will work. You will need the half shaft also from the same vehicle. It will work with the hubs you have now, no modifying there.

The reason i asked is b/c i've heard the 98+ jdm
ITR uses 36mm axels and the older ITR's use 32mm ones.

That's on the outer hub, yes the five lug ITR is 36mm, but as said above any other B series axle will work they are the same.
