B16 a upgrade?

How are you lads i just got a new sir ek4 last week to drive the odd weekend.I know very little about these engines ive just had it fully serviced and i was told i should upgrade the cams to either b16b or b18c to increase the bhp.Is it that simple or is it more in depth than just changing the cams?

Any info is greatly apreciated

They won't increase your hp by that much. Its not really worth it.

I lost peak hp with CTR cams, but gained torque through pretty much the entire range. Didn't do a lot of dyno testing, expensive in Germany, but they made more usable power in my motor.
