b16 ignition problems

I have a 91 hatch with a b16. The problem i am have is trying to start the car. I have a new ignition switch, power to the switch,starter,relay but the black and red wire coming out of the relay to the fuse box which then goes to the trigger wire has no power. I switched the relay with a known good one(out of my other 91 which is my dd) and it still will not start. If i jump the black and white to the black and red at the relay the car will crank. I am at a lose right now. I checked the connector and the wire from the relay all the way to the fuse box. The wire is not cut or corroded. If anyone can give me some advice on what to do. Thanks

I figured it out. The ground for the clutch switch is in the rear under the hatch lock cylinder. I never put the bolt back into the ground wire once i got the harness back in the car.
