B16 stock internals Recommended PSI?

Stage 2 or 3 cams with springs and retainers. Intake and exhaust manifold, throttle body, higher compression pistons and valves. Port and polish it all, run the highest octane gas and tune tune tune............ or boost. It shouldnt be a difficult thing, one or the other.

For all of that N/A your looking at $2000-2500 for maybe 100HP. Boost for around $1000-1500 for as much HP as you wanna allow. I prefer N/A but its costlier and with less yields.
