I just bought a 94 Del Sol (wrecked) with a factory B16A3. I want to put the B16 in the 93 Del Sol. Do I have all of the parts I need between the two cars?
If both cars are manual, this swap will be very easy. If not, it might be a little more difficult but you still have all of the necessary parts to do it.
They are both manual. Does it make sense to go ahead and swap the suspension too. The 94 VTEC I think has better components. And if so, is there a way to dismount the front suspension as a whole unit and swap over as a complete unit?

While certainly "possible" you're looking at a system that weighs several hundred pounds, has literally dozens of joints (places where it can move around as you and several friends are trying to get it perfectly lined up).
I would look at a parts list at hondapartscheap.com or somewhere similar (you can put the vtec and the non vtec on different pages) and look at the parts that are different. Then just swap out the different ones. You might be surprised how many parts, just in the suspension, are the same.
