How much is involved in doing this? Is it as easy as just pulling my B16 and the head, dropping it on the LS short block, installing the VTEC conversion kit from Golden Eagle, and then dropping the motor in? Would I need to upgrade anything like bigger injectors, ect..? How much gain, if any, would I see with an LS/VTEC over a B16A?

P.S.: Right now I have an OBD0 B16A w/ GReedy header, Tenzo Catback, and CAI. Plan on doing OBD-1 conversion soon.

read the FAQ's. It is a pretty good summary and gives you a complete parts list and step by step process. it would take forever to guide you through it on the forum.

you would see mostly torque gains. not a lot of hp.

There is a LS/VTEC FAQ? I looked but didn't see it. I know there is more too it than that but in a nut shell thats it right?

I figured there would be more torque gain if anything.
