B18a motors sound like Bad and smell gas

I be try to fix my ride forever ,I need some help On a integra 91 GS Motors that i swap into my 89 crx si.The Motors smell gas from the front of the motors.when i try to stars the motors it sound like the something cogging.
I spay some starts fuleing on the throttle body and it shot back at me.
I dont know what wong.Cants it be that my Motors was full of gas inside the motor .. Any body know what wrong with it .. My head hart..
