ok well hear is what i have got
i have a b20 with a gude (bullfrog) ls head it has been p&p by them. the port job on it its in my oppnion huge. they went as far as cuting the valve guide back and it dosent even protrude into the port. ok
now im geting ready to s/c or build a 12-13:1 aluminum rodded nitrous motor with probaly 300-400 hp of nitrous with 2 stages so i dont beat the bearings out of it
my question is since that i allready have a good head should i just put cams and springs in it or do you think i should go cr/vtec my thoughts are vtec is over rated for a race car. this is not a dd so a set of 404s or some thing allong that line is not out of the question
so what to you think
by the way my goal is to run a set of 26x8.5x15s and run in outlaw8.5 with my friend to be competive i neeed to be runing in the lowlow 6'sor high 5's in the 1/8 i think that it is possible
