bumper screws

Can anyone tell me the best way to remove the three seized screws that hold the the front bumper off a 92 teg .... heads were stripped ... need to remove bumper... thanks

yank the bumper as hard as you can =)

try using Vise Grips...

hacksaw, cutting torch(careful professional), vise grips ^^, pipe wrench, bolt cutters, your teeth, try lubricating the threads with a penetrating oil.

Vise grips and maybe a hacksaw should do it.
