i find this "news" report highly suspect.

1) I have never heard of this "news" service
2) usually when "news" this big goes down, the AP is one of the first to report it.

the bare facts are there 28 million for a "dormant department" look at the official budget report..

last time i checked, REAL NEWS AGENCIES DONT ASSUME.....unless they are some sort of left-winged propaganda machine spewing forth mis-information under the guise of "news" .....
