at least you should be sleeping at night.. I have the hardest time getting more than 5 hours of sleep because I sleep during the day and work at night.. that combined with 12 hours shifts means on my work half of the week I am exhausted 4 days straight.
 
i did 3rd shift for a while. it was great. i slept 10+ hours a day. 4 of which at work. rodl.

So if you had started 4 days ago a program of moving your domicile a timezone west every day you would be forever on schedule.

You'd only have to spend 1/24 of your time in the california Time zone, really 1/12th because we don't believe in Daylight Savings Time in Arizona, so you could stay here 1/2 the year. (We do believe that such a thing as Daylight Savings Time exists, we just don't see the point.)
 
Just jerk off or get laid before going to bed, drink some booze and turn off the tv and the pc just lay there.
