when i bought my car it already had an alarm on it but the remote crapped out.. i just went without it for a while until i got around to getting a new remote.. but when i tried to activate the remote, it wouldnt work.. i tried to use the instructions from the manual online but nothing worked..

the system is a Clarion Ungo.. any ideas?

go to a stereo shop they can sell and program a remote for you it take ten min and will cost around 40-100 to do they should program it for free

right on, thanks.. i already have the remote too so that should be easy.. none of the stereo stores in town carry that brand, so do you think I will have to find one that does?
