Cel Codes: 4 What Can I Do To Fix It..

I have a OBD0-OBD1 ECU Harness and Engine Harness.

Car starts and everything kool.

but I cant rev my car past 3.5rpm.

Today I Fixed my ECU harness now its giving me codes 4,7.

Code:7 I know how to fix already because.

I need help on how to fix code 4 CKP...?

please help out if you can!!!

check ur distributor cap. it might have moisture in it. that has happened to me a couple times.

i have code4 too in a pr3 ecu. not sure but i think its crank angle. but i can drive fine, hit vtec n all. wtf?

It is a VR (magnetic) sensor inside the distributor. Either the wire isn't connected properly, there is damage to the toothed wheel, or there is too large a gap between the sensor and the toothed wheel.
