what are the essentials for gettin a cheap turbo setup for a 92-00 civic si engine?? im looking on spending about 1500-1800 on it. thanx

i dont have all the money right now im just trying to find a place were i can get it later.for cheap!plus i dont trust everything i see on ebay.thanx tho.
