First things first, wash you enine bay.

Now that that is out of the way, don't waste your time or money on the AEM pulleys, they are useless. And the CTRs stock header is better than most aftermarket ones. If you do feel it nescessary, replace it with maybe a Toda, SMSP, or AN-R, something that is going to give you a decent gain for the cash.

although i think the CTR uses a 4-2-1 manifold like all the others out there ... if so .... get the JDM ITR 4-1
its the best header out there under $600

nooooooooooooooo you are all wrong.....replace it with a turbo manifold and all related components..that's the best for HP
