Yes, they will fit but not directly.
You need to have the rods modified at the wrist pin area in order for the CTR piston to fit on the B16 rods. About 1-2mm needs to be shaved off either side of the rod in order for the CTR piston to fit on the rod.
If you take the pistons & rods to a machine shop and show them, they'll know what to do.
Your compression will be in the 10.8-11.0'ish range...not bad at all if you stick to 91+ octane gas.
