D Series Swap Help

Hey there, I have a 1994 Civic EX that developed a severe rod knock last week...I just picked up a 96 1.6 vtec long block for 200 dollars. i guess my question is can i simply bolt my intake manifold onto this motor along with my dist. and accessories and drop it in or is there more involved?

That is exactly what you want to do. Switch everything over from your other engine including the intake manifold and everything that goes with it. Plus your distributor and alternator. Basically everything besides the engine and the head.
