Idk if im on da right forum bt i swap my d15b1 in to my hatch but da engine won't start i check dA sparkplug n 2 of dem have oil at da bottom does anybody have clue wats da causing it or how can i fix it thanks for da help

Oil in the area where the plug wire goes down to the spark plug wouls be valve cover o rings or rocker shaft o rings. Liquid oil on the spark plug tip inside the combustion chamber is most likely valve guide seals or piston rings.

check for spark and check for fuel. If you can check compression as well.

I have seen these motors with the stock dpfi system kill injectors as well as plug the injector tips. Try spraying a little carb cleaner into the throttle and see if it will start.
