I have a 92 civic bubble shell. Im gonna put a D16 motor which came out of a 99 civic hatchback. What do i need for the swap? Do I have to change the engine mount, tranny mount? Or do the swap should bolt right in with no problems?
Do i have to get mounts for a 92 civic hatch/coupe?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanx

Your best bet is to get an OBD1 B7/Z6 intake manifold. The Y7 has a 3 wire IACV which won't work with the OBD1 ECU. Also the IAT is located on the air box of the Y7 and is in the intake manifold of the B7/Z6. Get a manifold with OBD1 injectors as well for plug and play as well as a B7/B8 distributor for plug and play as well. Use the OBD1 alternator if you find it to or otherwise you'll need to swap plugs.

Thanx. Thats very helpful.

What about the engine & tranny mounts? Do I have to get them from a 92 civic hatch/coupe or can I use the mounts from the Ek?

you might have to change the driver side mount
