I think i got the engines right. The d16a is off my 90 hachback. Im taking a vtec from a 97 civic 4 door. i think its a d16y8 1.6 sohc vtec. Im just going off wikipidiea lol Any help out there. Will this work or is it not worth the time and cost.

It will work, but it's not a bolt-in affair. there's some wiring involved.

You might be better off doing a mini-me, just taking the head from the y8, and going to obd1 with a p28.
