You shouldn't need to lube it because there should already be lube in the engine, where your going to put the distributor in. and if not just put on of your engine oil on it and plug it in. and make sure your crank is aligned so that the distributor will go in If it's not aligned you need to turn your crank, where the pulley is at. Make sure you turn it counter clockwise.
