Yep youll be needing a tune after installing them because the will give the motor way too much fuel.

Depends on the year integra as well. You'll need to wire in a resistor box if it's an OBD1 or newer (if I remember right).
And yes, you'll need a tune (of sorts). Most tuning programs have a multiplier value that can modify all the fuel maps based on a larger injector size. So no, like, 'tuning' is required sorta. Crome, Hondata...something like those will do ya.
