EF H&R lowering springs, B sereis valve Cover

I have some EF H&R lowering springs, they were on the car for about 2500 miles miles, they are in over all good shape, im asking 45 for the springs. I also have a CRX dash from a 90 CRX that im asking 35 for. I have a B series valvecover with the cam gears cut out, im asking 45. Have a OBD2 GSR alternator for 25, I have pic of it all le tme know if anyone is interested.
