is Mitchell still requiring those weird ass hardware requirements ? I have a version that required a 486 with a CD rom.

I may be interested. What's it's bottom year though ?

It's from 1984-2005, You need about 16-17 Gig of space, DVD-Rom and a Floppy Disk Drive. That is about the only requirements. It's very good and has came in handy a lot for me. If you have any question or want some screenshots I will take some for you. Feel free to ask me anything.
