Wow. That's really good fuel economy! If you chose your turbo size well, you can actually increase economy when cruising. Smaller turbos will push the engine to zero vacuum or 1-2 psi, and that increases effective volumetric efficiency, giving you better mileage. That's where some of the "wasted energy" is recaptured with a properly sized turbocharger. That's how the turbo Insight guys are pushing 80mpg.

I just bought a ramhorn mani, T3/T4 .63AR 50cold, HUGE FMIC, 2.5" piping. I want to go for more power
BUT, at the same time, I can cruise 80-90mph on the highway out of boost still, so having a smaller turbo doesnt neccesarily mean you have to boost up to cruise. On a hill I hit 0 at times, but can usually carry my speed at 5" of vac.
