I say that the cost of the drug test come out of their welfare, it can't cost that much for a plastic cup and a drug strip.
I still think its a good idea. Imagine how many people that are eligible for welfare that would be kicked out. Win/win -- less people on welfare and forcing people to get a real job.
If the government is paying for the plastic cup and strip then it will cost an arm and a leg. Or at least your first born. And if we did go to drug testing I gurantee that someone will play the race card. 'Your only testing me because I'm of color! You think all colored folk are smoking the reefer!' Then the NAACP and the rest get involved talking about how the evil White man is holding them down because they cant get high and still get their handout.
