h22 swap...i need help

im doing a h22 swap in a 98 honda civic ex. im new to this whole forum thing and hope this works lol. i need help finding out what all im going to have to do to do this swap. how hard is it? what parts might i need to make it fit? etc........any info will be greatly appreciated. thank you
