I suggest the NepTune RTP as a highly configurable and easy to use tuning solution. You can also get tuned by a NepTune dealer if you don't want to do any of the tuning yourself.

You'll want to get a P28 equivalent ECU to be able to get tuned properly, as the P13 doesn't have a public editor that supports boost tuning properly.
You can get tuned on several platforms. NepTune, eCtune, Hondata, and Crome. I'd suggest finding a tuner and seeing what he uses or looking into each of these programs yourself and choosing one you like the most if you want to tune it yourself. Good luck!
